Joining our collective scheme of
alternative waste management
If you are EEE producer, in order to join our collective scheme you need to complete the following steps:
Sign the Producers Responsibility Agreement on Entry (signature from the legal representative in all pages (and appendices) as well as sign and corporate seal under the Parties (page 13)).
Fill in pages 1 and 22
Send us the original documents in 2 copies to our headquarters
After your registration in our Scheme, declare the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) placed on the Greek market by your company for the three last calendar years
Register your organisation to the Greek National Producers’ Register (through online application System) for obtaining a Producer Registration Number (PRN or WEEE number)
Our Scheme can guide you through the whole process.
*Please note that when a company is not registered in Greece, it is required by law to appoint an Authorized Representative (AR) who will help with the registration and the declarations of the company’s products in Greek Schemes and the Greek Producers Registry.
