Main obligations of
the “Producer”
- Participation in a Collective Scheme of Alternative Management of WEEE
- Registration in the National Producers’ Register and completion of the procedure for Issuance of a Producer Registration Number
- Indication of the Producer Registration Number on all your tax documents
- Charging a recycling fee on the products placed on the Greek market, collecting it and returning it to the Scheme
- Display of recycling fee on sales receipts with the exception of sales receipts issued to the final consumer
- In case you make purchases of items subject to recycling fee from within the country, i.e., from another Greek supplier, this should be done by suppliers who comply with the above
